BAGBACK launched in 2023 with its first project, Bagback Shop: an e-commerce platform serving wholesale and retail together, powered by a complete affiliate marketing system — a model among the first of its kind in the Egyptian market. When 2023's economic wave hit and costs surged, we — a fully self-funded company — made a hard, deliberate call: slow commercial expansion rather than burn capital or compromise quality, and reinvest our operating experience into building technology assets we own. The project ran through the end of 2025 and is temporarily paused now while we focus on the next generation of our platforms: ELITK, OPS, and AI Library.

Relying on off-the-shelf SaaS platforms meant rising monthly fees, limited customization, and complete loss of customer data ownership — constraints that block real growth.

A fully custom platform: fast-loading storefront + integrated inventory system + analytics dashboard + multi-gateway payment integration (Stripe & Paymob) — zero monthly platform fees.
Business Value
