Bagback Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the BagbackTech platform at bagbacktech.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our services or contacting us.

We are registered under Egyptian Investment Law No. 72/2017 (Registration No. 218773) and are committed to handling your personal data responsibly.

Information you provide voluntarily: When you fill in a contact form, request an audit, or book a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any project details you share with us.

Information collected automatically: We collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited through our analytics infrastructure (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics).

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you requested.
• Send relevant communications about our services when you have opted in.
• Improve and maintain the platform based on aggregated usage data.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service processors required to operate our platform: Google Cloud (Firebase) for hosting and data storage, and Google Analytics for usage analytics. All processors are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and may not use it for their own purposes.

We retain contact information for up to three years from your last interaction with us, unless you request deletion earlier. Analytics data is retained per Google’s standard retention policies. After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your data is stored on Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure, which implements industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We apply strict access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
