Refund Policy

Bagback Digital Solutions operates exclusively on bespoke, project-based engagements. Every product, system, or service we deliver is custom-built to a specific client brief. Due to this bespoke nature — and because time, expertise, and infrastructure are committed from the moment a project begins — our general policy is that fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a milestone.

Any deposit paid to initiate a project is non-refundable. The deposit covers initial discovery, scoping, architecture planning, and resource allocation performed before full project commencement. These activities represent real work delivered regardless of whether the full project proceeds.

Fees paid for milestones that have been delivered and accepted — whether in writing or by conduct — are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the client’s decision to continue or cancel subsequent milestones.

A full or partial refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Bagback Digital Solutions fails to commence the agreed work within the timeline specified in the signed project agreement, without reasonable cause or prior written notice to the client.
• Both parties reach a mutual written agreement to cancel the project before any work — including discovery or scoping — has begun.

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with subjective creative decisions that were approved during the project.

To request a refund under eligible circumstances, send a written request to hello@bagbacktech.com including your project reference number and a clear description of the reason. We will review the request and respond within 10 business days.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
